"Doctor sausage"

Classic sausage, made of carefully chosen pork and beef of superior quality, finely minced. The taste is smooth, with slight nutmeg aroma. Superior grade.

Main ingredients are pork, beef, pork fat, water, milk whey, egg powder, salt,  nutmeg extract.


Sausage weight is about 1,2 kg.

Half-sausage weight is about 0,470 kg.


Storage conditions are 60 days with temperature from 2 up to +6 C and with relative humidity of not more than 75%.
